Each project has its unique and specific needs for preparation and painting. 
Your needs will be addressed during a no obligation on site assessment.
What to expect
We start with a free no obligation on site assessment of your project.  At that time we will discuss the specific needs and time frame for job completion. We will take measurements, notes and possibly pictures (with your permission) in order to give you a comprehensive assessment.

Next you will receive a written detailed quote with a complete break down of the project including a break down of price for each area of the job.

​Protection
We go to great lengths to protect your home. What you can't remove from the room, will be covered with clean drop cloths and plastic sheets. Hardwood floors are taped and protected with impermeable paper.

​ We clean, tidy and remove all garbage at the end of each day.

Preparation
Although each project is unique in its own way, there are general preparations that are usually common to any painting project.
  • remove or tape off hardware 
  • drywall repair, fill small holes and gaps
  • caulk window frames and base boards
  • sand and smooth rough areas 

Paint
There is certainly a variety of paint products and price ranges available. We are more than happy to make recommendations and yes, we do have our favourites, but if you have your own favourite, we are more than happy to work with it.
